Premium calculation tool

The premium calculation tool is a special offer alongside the other digital services. We provide it as an iFrame for a premium. The range of functions is described below.

Scope of the current premium calculation tool

• Calculation of the OECD-based premium for the products
  • "Manufacturing risk cover" and
  • "Supplier credit cover" (short and medium/long-term)
• Possible consideration of collateral
• Possible consideration of foreign currency surcharges
• Possible consideration of a financed premium
• Possible consideration of a reduced, uninsured portion (economic risk)
• Automatic use of the correct OECD country category (changes are usually maintained within 14 days)
• Possible manual overwriting of the automatically drawn country category

Would you like to use our digital services or find out more about them? for larger projects, we have summarised the following process for you:

• First contact, clarification of initial questions, objectives, needs analysis and agreement on a roadmap.
• Workshop: A user story is developed in a workshop, from which the specific development steps can be derived.
• Cost estimate. If a user story has been defined that requires development work on our part, you will be responsible for this work according to the cost estimate.
• Development: In this phase, the necessary programming work takes place on both sides.
• Testing. As soon as the development work has been completed, the functionality is tested.
• Going live: After a successful test phase, the new service can go live. In the following PDF document you can read all the information on the possibilities and limitations of connecting these or new services.

• User agreement and API terms of use: The specific use of our digital services is agreed in a user agreement and the API terms of use also apply.
• No cooperation: The connection to our digital services does not constitute a cooperation or association with Euler Hermes Aktiengesellschaft or the Federal Government.
• No exclusivity . As an agent of the Federal Government, we grant access to the use of our digital services to all interested parties on equal terms; exclusive provision or use is not possible - this also applies if we develop new/further develop digital services together with you.
• No advertising. As an agent of the Federal Government, we do not pursue any advertising purposes with our digital services and do not participate in third-party advertising for private-sector services in connection with our digital services.
• Cookies: We use cookies for some of our digital services, such as our iFrames. As the provider of the content, you are responsible for labelling these cookies.
