On 15 July, the new OECD Consensus enters into force. The reform of one of the most important OECD rulebooks for officially supported export credits is a milestone for maintaining a level playing field and an important step towards a climate-friendly design of export credit guarantees. With the reform package, EU countries have provided a response to the challenges of unregulated export support outside the OECD.
